All national and international shipments will be sent with Swiss Post, with a fixed price of 7CHF for national shipments and 25CHF for international shipments.

Your order will be sent within a period of 1 to 3 days after the purchase is made. Once the package has been sent, you will receive an email with the shipping details.

We are happy to provide a refund for any item that is improperly described or faulty. We will provide an store credit to the purchase value of the item for any other item returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
All items returned must be in the condition bought, including any packaging, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item and the cost of shipping the exchange item, using tracked delivery.
